Quality of Product Payment

Once we receive a complaint on quality of water against your booking, We appreciate you making us aware of your negative experience. A full amount refund will be issued against your bank account which will take 7 working days normally.

Water can return

we are ready to take back empty water cans if you wish to do so. Our team will reach out to you and notify on the status of your return after inspecting the can. If your return is approved, we will initiate a maximum 50% of refund to your account in 7 working days.

Delivery Time

your Watrify water can is not delivered by the guaranteed time, you can make a refund request against your booking at Watrify app. You may be eligible for a full amount refund within 7 working days.

Transaction Failure

In case of booking has not been done but money debited from account. You can raise a case with transaction ID, and money will be refunded back within 7 working days. If transaction itself a failure without creating transaction ID pleas reach out to your bank.

Changes to the Return/Refund Policies

We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these return/refund policies of use, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the user. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our service and this app following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified terms.
